Outlook 2001 and Mac OS 9.2.2

We have a few of Macs with OS 9.2.2 and outlook 2001,
currently conect through exchange server.
everything is running fine except 2of them, when we tried
to use "recurrence" function in the Calendar, outlook
quits by it self with this error message "The
application 'microsoft outlook' has unexpectedly quit,
because an error of type 2 occurred. You should save your
work in other open applications and restart the computer".
Normally type 1,2,3 error is cause of not enough memory.
But not in our case, all of them have more than 256MB of
ram in them.
We have been uninstall and re-install outllok 3 times, but
it still does same thing.
Can anyone give us a hand?
We would really appreciated!

My guess would be that it must be your preferences file for outlook. It may also be the database file for outlook. Neither of which are re-installed when you install outlook

Thanks for the reply.
I have tried to install the outlook to a clean OS 9.2.2.
That did not help us at all.
The wired part is everything else works perfectly, except
recurrence.
any more syggestions?
