Hi,

we`re using Mac Os 9 with Outlook 2001. The Mac is connected via TCP/IP to a
Windows2003 Active Directory Domain with Exchange Server 2003.

Three of our four macs works without any problems. But on one mac there are
the following problems:
- By clicking on "new eMail" it can take some time befor the new email box
is displayed.
- By clicking through the folders like calendar, inbox, outbox ....
sometimes the main screen do not change. I must then press the ctrl key with
the mouse button and click on open to get the main window displayed.
- The programm is generall very slow.

I have tried another mailbox, which work without problems on the other mac.
This Mailbox have the same problem that is very slow on this one mac.
I have also tried to reinstall outlook. With no effects.

Can someone give me a tip on what I can change.

You may be having a problem with network speed and duplex. On your Macs
open the Apple System Profile and check the networking information under
the first tab. Does you misbehaving Mac have the same speed and duplex?
If not you can download a duplexing tool from Apple (a set of four
extensions) to force your Mac to a particular setting.

Also, what are the Mac models?
