Outlook 2001 won't start after exchange login

I am using OS 9.2.2 and had to reinstall outlook when my computer crashed. I
have a backup copy of my personal folder. When I do the install, I can start
up Outlook, it goes to the Welcome to Microsoft Outlook login screen. I then
enter my password then outlook quits without an error message.

Any suggestions
