outlook 2001

I can logon to my email server using my account.
but when I open outlook 2001 with another user
I get an errors that reads.
the set of folders could not be opened. you
do not have the permissions to log on.

I gave this user admin rights to the machine and the
outlook folders have the proper rights.
any ideas. anybody?

Have you added them in using the Outlook Settings Control Panel?
