I have two machines both running Windows XP pro, and
Office XP pro with Publisher. Both machines are having
problems with outlook closing down all the time. The way
I can get it to always crash is by going to Tools then
Organize and click on the Junk mail settings. Both crash
right here and pull up the error reporting box which I do
submit. I have installed all the available updates as well
as done a detect and repair but so far nothing has worked.
I am thinking the other times it crashes it has something
to do with the junk mail deal as it usually happens after
receiving email. Anyone have any ideas?
