Outlook 2002 and Ldap error problems

I am using an outsorced exchange server, but configure my local outlook 2002
to read my own ldap server. The ldap server works fine for use by outlook
express but when outlook 2002 uses it, it always give me the same error
message
insufficent access.

I click the ok button on this alert, and it goes away, but it always shows
up..

What is this telling me. ?

The ldap server is an exchange 5.5 server.
