Outlook 2002 and rules

When I create a rule to trash emails with certain subject
matter (ie porn) at the end of the rule I wish to
permanently delete the message. What happens is the "Stop
processing more rules" appears automatically. I do not
want this since I want to check the email when it
arrives, not after it arrives.I check the email when it
arrives and want to "Permenently Delete". Afterwards,
(2nd rule) based on who the email address is sent to I
then move that message to each of our Folders. As a
result I cannot have the rules in reverse.
