Outlook 2002 and SChedule+ Calendar

Is is possible to synchronise an Outlook 2002 Calendar and
a Schedule+ Ver7 calendar? My work calendar runs on
Schedule+ and cannot be upgraded to Outlook. I use Outlook
on my notebook and at home. I would like to synchronise
both calendars a few times per day.
