Outlook 2002 and shift key

Hi, I am currently using windows 2000 and outlook 2002. Everything was working fine but about 2 days ago, whenever i pressed shift key outlook popped up. I thougt this could be solved by restarting the computer but it didnt work. I also checked for virus and no virus was found. Do you guys have any idea why it's doing this?
