Outlook 2002 AutoComplete cache resets

Every time I exit outlook, the email address line
AutoComplete cache of addresses seems to reset. Within
each session, it remembers email addresses I've used
during the same session. It used to work fine. The setting
for autocomplete is set to "on." Any thoughts would be
appreciated. Thanks.

It means your profile is corrupt and you need to create a new one from
scratch with a different name.
