The Personal Folders Backup tries to perform a backup when I close Outlook
2002; however, this message appears "Cannot copy Outlook. The process cannot
access the file because another process has locked a portion of the file."
What does this mean? What process could have locked a portion of the file?
How do I fix this? I have uninstalled the Backup feature twice and
reinstalled without success. Suggestions to fix this would be greatly
appreciated - Outlook is my main email and comminications browser.
