Can Outlook 2002 be on the same machine with an older Outlook Version?

I want a local stored Outlook for my personal items and my work Outlook on
the exchange server (lower version) on the same machine.

Why do you need to have the older version? Outlook 2002 should work fine
with Exchange V5.5 (patched). Moreover, your older version should be able
to accomplish what you want as well. Just create a new PST to hold your
personal items and create rules to move incoming messages to those folders
when they arrive on your personal account.

Company is moving to Outlook older version from Lotus Notes. I use Outlook
2002 to track my personal stuff and synchronize with Pocket PC 2002.

Where would you configure Outlook to use two PST files at the same time and
not all the Exchange server to pull the local content?

If the Exchange server is your delivery location, then all incoming mail
will go to its Inbox. Create a new account (Tools>E-mail Accounts>Add an
new e-mail account) to receive your personal stuff. Create a new PST
(File>New>Outlook Data File) and then a folder in that PST
(File>New>Folder). Create a rule that moves mail received through your
personal account to the PST and folder(s) you've created.
