Outlook 2002 binding events problem

I'm having a problem when trying to bind events with Outlook and error 'Type
Library Outlook.Application not found" appears. I found previously that
Norton AV 2002 script blocking feature caused this error but this is a
different machine not running NAV. The machine is running XP Pro SP1.

Has anyone encountered this problem???
