Outlook 2002 calendar forwarding issues

Joe

I am in a Windows 2000 network running Exchange
2003. The users have all shared out their calendars to
each other. I was wondering if there is a way to have it
so when one person updates their calendar another person
will also get that calendar's updates in their's. Ex. I
have a lawyer at the company that wants to have her
secretary get all of her calendar appointments in her
calendar whenever she adds some to her own.
