Outlook 2002 compact fails

Compact of my .pst file never completes.
Also, SEND/RECEIVE never completes, like I have
a message stuck in my OUTBOX. Trimmed all files
down, removing almost everything. How do
I uncorrupt or change my .pst file?

Chase, you should probably run the inbox repair tool.
