Looking for some guidance ...
For some reason, when I enter a NEW contact, the first
name ends up in the last name field and vice-versa ...
the last name ends up in the first name field. Not sure
why or how this happened ... looking for a solution to
correct. I've un-installed and re-installed ...
completed a 'detect and repair ... repaired the .pst
and .ost files ... and still no correction. It happens
only to few contacts ... mostly new ones entered.
It really messes up the 'display view' as the contacts
names are in the wrong fields. For example:
If I were to enter: John Smith ... it would show up as
First Name: Smith Last Name: John ... when I manually
change the fields to their correct position, the 'full
name field' then shows as 'Smith John' ... this effects
how the view is then displayed.
This is very strange ... any ideas????
