I've been trying to find a solution for this problem for
ages now, with no luck. I'd appreciate any feedback.
I'm accessing my e-mail from a POP3 account using Outlook
2002 SP3. I often receive e-mails with large attachments
that I don't want, so I've turned on the option under
Send/Receive settings to only download message headers
for messages over a certain size. This part works fine.
However, when you want to mark a message for download or
deletion, Outlook often crashes with a message: "Outlook
has encountered and error and needs to close...".
Has anybody encountered this before and know how to
resolve it? I've trauled the KB & newsgroups with no luck
so far.
