Outlook 2002 crash

MS Outlook 2002 has been crashing for some specific reason. When
right-clicking on an email address to add it to my contacts I get an
error/crash message.

I get a message that says it has encountered a problem.

These are the details:
AppName: outlook.exe AppVer: 10.0.2627.1 ModName: outllib.dll
ModVer: 10.0.2627.1 Offset: 003690e0
