Stop Outlook from crashing

When i open outlook it will freeze. I think have to force it to exit and
close bootprep.exe in task manager. It will do this a couple times or just
close automatically. If i open outlook a few more times it will go to the
error reporting service. Here is a list of 3 or many of the error reports i
have got so far. I will add more as they come about.

Does that also happen if you start Outlook in Safe Mode (Start -> Run ->
outlook.exe /safe) ?

it will always boot up fine in safe mode.

Whenever the error reporting comes up, after t does its thing the restart
always opens outlook fine.

The only change i can think of on my computer that happened around the same
time as the start of these outlook crashes was the installation of Microsoft
ActiveSync 4.5
