Outlook 2002 crashes (shlwapi.dll problem)

I am experiencing frequent crashes for no apparent reason,
with Outlook indicating that it must close down (and
option to send error report). This has been a problem only
for the last 2 months. The error message when I click for
details always invoves the shlwapi.dll file as shown
below. This is on Outlook 2002(10.4712.4219)SP-2 (part of
Office XP Professional (and running under Windows XP
professional. I do no have the same problem with the
Outlook 2000 on my laptop (w Windows XP home). Any advice
would be appreciated.
