Hi all,
Kind of a weird situation. Our sys admin setup one
user with Outlook 2000 so that it will automatically send
appointments in her calendar to our exec. director. Used
to work fine until the exec got a new computer with
Office XP. Now, whenever the exec opens that email, she
gets a runtime error and Outlook crashes. My short-term
fix was to tell her not to open those emails. I've
searched the knowledge base for this or any
incompatibilities between Outlook 2000 and 2002. Any
ideas on what might be causing this?
Thanks,
Steve
