Outlook 2002 Data File Not Closing Properly

Lately when I open Outlook a box appears saying that "The data file for the
archieve folder was not properly closed" It then checks the file. Then the
same message for the "personal folder". What's going on?

What's going on is that something else continues to hold Outlook open when
you think you've closed it. See http://www.slipstick.com/problems/close.htm
