Have Outlook 2002 on XP. Since adding second POP email account and designating it as "default", if I reboot and restart, the default account errors with "0X800CCC78" and usually error about account/password. Can usually receive messages, but cannot send.
Have to delete account, close Outlook, add account back and go through bunch of gyrations. It will begin working and remain fine until I have to log out again... then have to repeat above process.
New default is "(e-mail address removed)" and second account is "(e-mail address removed)".
Have verified ALL settings numerous times with documentation provided by SBC and various websites, and talked to SBC Support until I just give up.
Any clue how to make the two accounts work and one remain the default even after rebooting?
