When I try to open outlook, I receive an error msg saying that the default
folders could not be found. Tried reloading outlook, bu no help.

Any suggestions?

Did you try a new profile in control panel, mail applet?

I have completly rebuilt the profile after reloading outlook but that did not
help. I did some other research in the micorsoft knowledge base after I
submitted this discussion, and found an article on creating a new personal
folder (.pst), and I am planning to try this tomorrow when I go back to the
office where the machine is located.

Thanks,
Jack
