Strange behavior in Outlook 2002 on a Win XP Pro OS.
Mailbox is on Exchange 2000 (SBS).
When the user clicks reply, or forward, the original email
message either disappears completely, or appears in the
deleted folder. Originally thought this was user error
until I witnessed the behavior myself. One message was
not visible in any view until I re-sorted by the name
column instead of the date column, then the message re-
appeared.
I have 24 other users on Outlook 2002 (all but one of
those on Win2K OS) with no problems of this sort.
Any advice would be appreciated. I can not find any
reference to this in the knowledge base.
