Outlook 2002 deleting incoming messages without permission

I put a block on incoming e-mail that is blank where the sender's information should be, but lately Outlooks appears to be deleting other e-mails that
I would like to read and that do have information in the From line.
Anyone have any ideas how to fix this? I have only one Junk Mail sender
on my list and no Adult senders.
