Outlook 2002 deleting issue

I have a few users including myself who have the same
problem and would like to seek your help.
We use Office XP Professioal SP3 on Windows XP Projessonal
SP1. In Outlook, sometimes, a new message is sent to
Deleted Items and does not remain in Inbox. With 1
particular user, everything she receives from one of our
users goes to the Deleted Items and I mean everything. New
e-mail messages, Meeting requests, etc. For others, it is
random. Only common settings I can find is that we all use
Junk mail function / rule and I have confirmed that none
of our internal users are listed on the junk senders list.
I have been looking around but have not had any luck yet.
Could someone tell me what may be going on and how to fix
it?

Thank you.

One thing she could try would be to tell Outlook to delete all rules. With
Outlook closed, click Start>Run and enter
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\Outlook.exe" /CleanRules
(note the quotes) in the Open box. Click OK. This should remove all rules,
both client and server.
