Outlook 2002 doesn't show sent mails on the send folder

I've got one outlook 2002 that doesn't show the sent mails in the sent
folder. Oterwise, I can perfectely see the emails through the OWA access.
What is misconfigured in the oulook client? I've tried to create a new
profile also in others PC and we couldn't see as well

Does that one installation have enabled the option to save sent messages?

Thanks Brian.
Yes we've enabled that option in the Options menu. And is true that if I
open that account through Outlook Web Access I can see all sent mails. The
mails are on that folder but I can't see in the Sent Folder of the Outlook
2002.
