Outlook 2002 - Encounters a problem when Send / Receive is clicked ?

Im having a problem with Microsoft Outlook 2002. When i click on Send /
Receive, a new window appears requesting a network password and then the
error message 'Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to close' and im
not receiving any e-mails. I have recently tried to import the account from
outlook express and when i click on test the account settings, everything
worrks as it should and the test is sucessful. Please help ? Thanks.
