How do I reinstall Outlook 2002 so it doesn't follow the
same path that when installed doesn't work? I don't want
to have to reformat the drive and start over. I have an
issue/error 0X80040119 and am unable to send or receive
mail. Looks like I am sending or receiving mail then
before it finishes up comes this error.
