OUTLOOK 2002 error 691 Multiple Users

Sorry if this is a stupid question but ....
Using XP

I have my own domain - COLDRICK.NET to which my emails are sent. This
redirects my email to an underlying address with an ISP (A). This
underlying address is being spammed so I decided to create a totally
new underlying address with a different ISP(B) and because I can
redirect the mail from my own domain - my public email address remains
unchanged. This works well.

I want to take my laptop overseas ( I live in UK) and use my Nokia
6310i cellphone to access my email so I want to be able to use the new
email address with B rather than the original one which is being
spammed. So I created the necessary DUN's and got that connection to B
working fine using my standard user account called ROY.

To keep the mobile stuff separate I decided to create a second user on
my laptop called MOBILE and started O/L 2002. I then created a new
email account for the ISP(B) using the phone DUN; the settings are the
same as those used in my normal User account called ROY.

When I dial up I get the Error 691 which is saying that either my user
name is wrong or the password is wrong. In fcat they are exactly the
same as those on the ROY user account. I don't really understand but
the 'More info' box implies that there is more to this than I realise
mentioning Domain names and the like.
Can anyone help in words of one syllable?

Thanks
Roy
