UPdated my version of XP to include the SP2 and all other recommended
updaates from Microsoft. Outlook will not load now. So I decided that maybe I
needed to update that as well, went thru the complete update for office XP,
which is what I have - still won't start. Opens initial screen, box pops up
says it has encountered a problem and needs to close, will not restart - no
matter what. Is there a way to safeguard my data, till the problem is fixed?
Do I safeguard the data and reload? HELP!
