Outlook 2002 error

When I try to open Outlook 2002, I get the following error
message.....Outlook.exe ORDINAL not found. The ORDINAL
30207 could not be located in .dll USER32.dll.
I have searched for this problem for weeks without any
success. Can anyone help???????Thanks
