Hello All,
I have a client with Windows XP Professional SP1 Installed. He also
has a copy of Office XP Professional installed with SP3. He has been
having a problem with the personal folders. He ran the Inbox Repair tool
and this cleared up some problems. However when he attempts to
select a message with an attachment or send a message with an
attachment the program freezes and fails to respond. Right now
he is NOT using Microsoft Word as the E-Mail editor.
Any troubleshooting suggestions would be appreciated.
