Good Morning,
Recently ran into a problem with a computer running Outlook 2002. Everytime
the user tries to attach a file to an email, the program freezes. Initially,
the Insert File screen pops up, but when you try to change the location the
program freezes for about 2 to 3 minutes. It does come out of that freeze,
but when you eventually pick a file to attach, the program freezes for good.
The attachment I tried was only about 80 kb, so it shouldn't be the size of
the attachment. The workstation has Windows 2000 on it, with all the current
patches.
I've tried completely wiping out Office and reinstalling, without any success.
Any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
