Outlook 2002 hangs on startup

When I first started using new system (Windows XP & Office
XP), Outlook 2002 would load within about 5 seconds.
After installing the various Windows and Office Service
packs, Outlook now takes 30 seconds to load. I have
researched the FAQs but have found no way to resolve
this. Can anyone help me reslove this issue?
