Outlook 2002 hangs when opening email with attachment

I have Windows XP Pro. We are using Exchange 2000. When
one user gets an email with an attachment, Outlook 2002
will hang or lock up. Then sometimes, she will get a
server busy error. What can I do to fix this? Have others
had the same problem?

I have the same problem, and the IT guys aren't having any
luck. So any input would be appreciated!

Sounds like network connectivity problems off hand. I assume the IT guys
have checked the servers, checked the name resolution, made sure that
nothing is blocking RPC communications, etc.?
