I have a customer whose Outlook hangs whenever he tries to reply to a message
and add a recipient using Word as the default HTML editor. Other programs can
be opened on system EXCEPT for another instance of Word and after about 3
minutes Outlook unfreezes and customer can then type in "Select Names" Type
name field. System is using XP Professional in an enterprise environment with
Office XP updated to Service Pack 3. When Word is de-selected as the default
HTML editor in Outlook the problem does not occur.
