Outlook 2002 hangs while processing Rules.

Hi There!!!... I have a little problem with the Outlook
XP (2002) and Rules. My partners and I works using a POP3
server, and we have a lots of rules configured in ours
INBOX... the problem start when the number of rules reach
20 o 30: Outlook hangs while processing rules when
Outlook is downloading new emails from server... If I
disable all rules, the email download finish OK, but if I
try to run the rules manually, Outlook hangs... I try to
add the "Stop processing more rules" condition to the end
of each rule, but don't work for my or my partners...
Does somebody have some idea?
