Hello,

I was wondering if you could help me please.

I was wondering if there was a way to set Microsoft Outlook 2002 up so that
everytime I reply to an email it will automatically change the subject
heading to a preset heading rather than changing each one manually?

Kind Regards and Thank you in advance!

Why on earth would you want to do that? Surely the people you reply to would
want to know that you are replying to a mail that they sent?

An option may be to create a central location such as a general mailbox that can be shared. A public folder is an option as well but those will not be around after awhile. This will allow for all of you to colloborate on the tasks.

Kind Regards.

Well most of my emails come to be from forms on a website which are titled so
I know where the message has come from. If I reply to the customer the title
of the email does not make much sense. So I reply with the subject as
"response from ...."
