Outlook 2002--HTTP Server Type greyed out

I would like to configure Outlook 2002 to work with my
Hotmail account. I am running Win Xp Pro SP1.

Using this for reference:

Upon selecting Tools>>>E-mail Accounts>>>Add a new E-mail
Account>>>Server Type I find that the HTTP option is greyed
out and unselectable.

Any ideas?

Yes it is a corporate network. I'll look into the admin-set
policies on Monday. Thank you, Diane.
