I have recently upgraded from Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2002
on my laptop. I'm unable to access outlook through the
Icon on the desktop or through the Program menu. When I
double-click a box flashes and then nothing. All my .pst
files are sitting locally but I'm afraid I might lose some
or all if I ry to re-install. Has anyone run into this or
have any idea how to fix the situation?
