Outlook 2002 interferes with shutdown

Chuck Lapre

Hi:

When I attempt to shut down, a box with OUTLOOK.EXE appears. It gives me 2
choices: "END NOW" or "CANCEL". It takes three clicks of "END NOW" to shut
the system down. Any ideas? Thanks

Outlook needsto be closed before you can safely turn of your PC. In some
cases Outlook can be held open by other programs. You'll need to close that
program as well before Outlook actually quits. For mor info see;
