Does anybody have any ideas why on all of our desktop
computers the journal has about 20 different entry type
options, such as, Phone Call, Task, etc...
However, on a laptop which syncs with the desktop computer
(we have a server, etc..) the laptop is only showing 4
entry type options (Microsoft Word, Access, Excel...)
Any thoughts on how to correct this issue in the laptop?
It is Outlook 2002 as well. Doesn't make any sense.

thing I've come by is changing the "brain" for Outlook and
