We are having problems with an installation of outlook 2002 (windows 2000 sp3). The pst file is around 600 Mb in size and we are using POP3 to retrieve mail. When the computer is downloading the mails it seems to freeze (which I understand) but if the user is replying to a mail or working with Outlook at the same time sometimes it just crashes and the user loses everything
We have an add-in (insight connector) but we don't think that's the problem. Outlook crashes more and more often and I would like to get some help on this
