Outlook freezes when I try to open a mail item. I am running XP Home SP2 and
the latest updates to Office 2002. I have reinstalled Office twice.
I am also having problems with Winfax 10.2 (not answering phone).
Lastly, at the same time as the problems started, a message from Word
concenring macros and Visual Basic started appearing. I believe Winfax
installs a macro in a Word directory. I have tried every combo of Word
Security macro options with no effect.
In MSCONFIG, I have tried diabling all startup routines. No help. HELP!!!
