Outlook 2002: New Folder/Column Headers Missing

We have Windows XP as the OS. When creating a new folder under the InBox,
the new folder appears without the Subject header listed. Only From and
Received appear. Have checked Define View, Customize This View, etc. I have
not been able to find anything on the MS website nor in groups.google.

Help will be greatly appreciated.

Right-click the header and choose Field Chooser. Drag he Subject field to
the header bar.
