outlook 2002 "None of your e-mail accounts could send to this recipient."

I have three accounts tied to my Outlook. (1) Exchange and
(2) Pop3.

In the last few weeks, I am unable to send, via any
account to one specific email address (not the entire
domain, just one address).

Others in the office have no problem with this address.

Any ideas?
