We have several mailboxes set up for different conference
rooms and each has it's own calendar for meeting requests.
Each mailbox is set up to "Auto Accept" meeting requests
but that is not happening. Our organization is running MS
Exchange 5.5 and all of our clients are running Office XP.
In the interim, I have been manually accepting the
meeting requests for each conference room mail box. Any
suggestions as to what we can do?
