Outlook 2002 not responding

After erasing an add in for Outlook XP, FranklinCovey
PlanPlus, Outlook freezes after loading. I have Detect
and Repair, erased and reinstalled Outlook, and renamed
outcmd.dat, extend.dat and Frmcache.Dat but to no avail.

Related items, Eudora hangs and IE6 takes 4 or 5 minutes
to load.

Any thoughts?
